Pioneer Corporate High Yield Fund: Effective December 2, 2024, Pioneer Corporate High Yield Fund has been renamed Pioneer Active Credit Fund. The Fund's investment objective, principal investment strategies and portfolio management team have also been changed.

Pioneer MAP High Income Muni Fund: Shares of the fund may be purchased only by or on behalf of participants in certain managed account programs. Such participants will pay management and advisory fees through such programs. Other future investors in the master fund, if any, may also offer shares to their shareholders with different costs and expenses than the fund. Therefore, the investment returns for all investors in funds investing in the master fund will likely not be the same. These differences in returns are also present in other mutual fund structures.

Pioneer Emerging Markets Equity Fund: Effective March 28, 2024, Pioneer Emerging Markets equity Fund has been liquidated.   Click here  for most recent shareholder report.

Pioneer Flexible Opportunities Fund: Effective January 1, 2024 the Fund has been renamed Pioneer Equity Premium Income Fund.
