The Fund seeks long term capital growth. Normally, the Fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of non-US issuers. These issuers may be located in both developed and emerging markets. Under normal circumstances, the Fund’s assets will be invested in securities of companies domiciled in at least three different foreign countries.

A Word About Risk: Pioneer International Equity Fund

When interest rates rise, the prices of fixed income securities in the Fund will generally fall. Conversely, when interest rates fall, the prices of fixed income securities in the Fund will generally rise.
