We are pleased to announce that MOBILIS Gestion has been using Amundi Services’ technological solutions and services since September 2020. Through this agreement, MOBILIS Gestion’s teams (portfolio managers, compliance, risk and Middle Office) have access to ALTO*, the Front to Middle Office Portfolio Management System available in SaaS1 mode, and delegate to Amundi the execution of their orders as well as part of their Middle Office operations. Created in 1989, MOBILIS Gestion is the management company of the AFM (Association Famille Mulliez) family office.

The choice of ALTO* Portfolio Management System as a new portfolio management and order execution tool for our portfolio managers allows MOBILIS Gestion to strengthen the investment process to focus on our core business, asset management and the needs of our clients. Despite the health crisis, the MOBILIS Gestion and Amundi Services teams were able to jointly complete the implementation project for use of ALTO* within the given timeframe.

By subscribing to the entire range of Amundi Services’ offer, this new client, which is both a family office and a management company, demonstrates that the ALTO* solution is suitable for all types of players: management companies, institutional investors and now family offices.

The ALTO* portfolio management tool enables MOBILIS Gestion to analyze portfolios, benefit from a real-time IBOR2 position keeping, simulate and place orders with pre- and post-trade compliance checks, measure performance and control risks. The solution also covers the execution of the entire order flow generated by MOBILIS Gestion portfolio managers. This Dealing service covers the principles of “Best Selection” with rigorous annual broker selection committees and “Best Execution” for all asset classes: equities, bonds, money market instruments, listed derivatives and OTC. The Middle Office service completes the range of services offered with the matching broker, settlement and delivery instructions, reconciliation with custodians and valuators as well as the production of client reporting. In addition, the solution also includes the provision of a reference data management service, centralized and managed by Amundi’s teams.
