Dealing services 100% operational

From the very beginning of the Coronavirus crisis, Amundi Intermédiation was able to take advantage of its international dimension and its presence in Asia to anticipate the effects of this global pandemic. Upstream of the first lockdown, the teams of negotiators were divided between the main site, the back-up site and their homes, while taking advantage of all the tools necessary for the proper execution of orders. 

Since the lockdown of October, the teams have again been divided between the main site and their homes, with the same equipment as in March, the objective being to continue to ensure the continuity of Dealing services.

Throughout this crisis, Amundi Intermédiation’s teams are mobilized to meet all our needs. The continuity of services in order dealing allows the managers of Schelcher Prince Gestion to focus on our core business: portfolio management for our clients. Very quickly operational, the dealers have been able to react to meet our best interests in the financial markets. With Amundi Intermédiation we set up effective means of communication, which is very important in the success of the various operations during this period.

During this crisis, the dealers continued to guarantee "Best Selection" and "Best Execution" for their clients. Amundi Intermédiation was able to ensure permanent access to liquidity thanks to its network of nearly 200 counterparties, its organization and its technology. For the first quarter of 2020, Amundi Intermédiation experienced exceptional volume absorption, all in a fragile and highly volatile financial environment, which was severely affected by the crisis resulting from the pandemic.
